SUMMARY:BALOO Training (Adult Leader Training)
DESCRIPTION:Cub Scout leader training required for any Cub Scout den or pack outdoor event\, including pack camping overnighters and Webelos den overnighters. \nBALOO (Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation) training consists of two components—an online component and a practical\, hands-on component. You must sleep over night at camp to complete the training. \nBoth components must be completed to qualify as a “TRAINED” Cub Scout outdoor leader. \nThe online training contains introductory and basic information that will be built upon during the practical training. \nThe online component must be completed prior to attending the practical component; bring online component completion certificate and health form part A & B. \nGo to my.scouting.org training site to take the online training portion.
