Beware\, an enchanting yet spooky twist awaits you all! As the moon rises high\, the 1980s horror theme takes on a kid-friendly\, exciting twist. It’s not about being scared\, but about embracing the thrill of mystery and the excitement of the unknown. \nPack 46 dues covers the cost of registered Scouts and one adult per registered Scout (select the “free scout/adult” option). Additional siblings and adults can register for $48 (youth siblings) and $38 (adults). Registration includes camping\, all program activities\, and food for the entire weekend!  Prices go up by $5 on September 13\, so register now! \nThe Greater Tampa Bay Area Council is hosting this event on two different weekends\, but Pack 46 is only attending the weekend of November 1. \nRemember\, BSA Youth Protection Policy states that adults who camp overnight must be parents/guardians of a Scout or registered BSA leaders. Guests are welcome to register and attend during the day but must meet one of these criteria to camp overnight. \nPlease read the Spookoree 2024 Camping Checklist and Code of Conduct

DESCRIPTION:Join us a Camp Soule’s Fort Casey. BB Guns and archery will be available in separate sessions. Bring your own snacks and lunch. Lunch items and beverages will be available for purchase. \nYou will sign up for specific hour-long shooting sports session times: either 8:30a\, 9:30a\, 10:30a\, 11:30a or 12:30p for archery or BB. You can sign up for one or both disciplines if you prefer. There will also be other half-hour sessions happening throughout the day which you can attend before or after your shooting session. These sessions will be available for sign-up on the morning of the event and may include flag etiquette\, cub essentials\, knife safety and more. \nPlease\, plan accordingly to start your shooting session at the specified time for which you register. DESCRIPTION:A weekend full of training opportunities for the following: \nBALOO (Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation):\nCub Scout leader training required for any Cub Scout den or pack outdoor event\, including pack camping overnighters and Webelos den overnighters. \nBALOO training consists of two components—an online component and a practical\, hands-on component. You must sleep over night at camp to complete the training. \nBoth components must be completed to qualify as a “TRAINED” Cub Scout outdoor leader. \nThe online training contains introductory and basic information that will be built upon during the practical training. \nThe online component must be completed prior to attending the practical component; bring online component completion certificate and health form part A & B. \nGo to my.scouting.org training site to take the online training portion. \nIOLS (Introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills):\nCongratulations! You are now a Scouts BSA leader. Soon you will be leading your Troop on numerous outdoor adventures. IOLS is a fun\, hands on training program for adult leaders to help them gain the practical outdoor skills they need to lead scouts into the outdoors. This is required 2  overnight program where participants will learn firsthand about setting up a campsite\, pitching a tent\, hiking\, outdoor cooking\, first aid and leave no trace principles.  All of the skills necessary to lead your Scouts! \nWho can attend:\nAll registered Scouts BSA Leaders.  If you are from out of council\, feel free to join us! \nWhat is Required: \nAll participants must bring a current copy of the BSA Annual Health Medical Record.  You can download a current copy here: https://www.scouting.org/health-and-safety/ahmr/ \nWood Badge:\nWood Badge is an advanced\, national leadership course open to Scouting volunteers and professionals. ILST is the first course in the series of leadership training offered to Scouts and is a replacement for Troop Leadership Training. Completion of ILST is a prerequisite for Scouts to participate in the more advanced leadership courses National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT). \n  \nParticipates can come for free- but registration is required to attend. Lunch is an option for adults and youth- $10.00 for lunch- Turkey sandwich\, chips\, fruit\, drink and cookie.
